What is the business registration process?

To open your own company, you need: the company's Charter, the authorized capital in the amount of at least 100 thousand us dollars and a Bank account in the amount of at least 10,000 dollars as a guarantee of payment of taxes and other obligations. After collecting the documents, you need to submit documents to the state authorities and register the company. To simplify the procedure, it is better to take a Cypriot partner, who will own 49 % of the company's shares.
